What do I need to do after the inspection to apply for my Kribb?

You will need to start your online application by completing your profile with relevant information about you.

Do you accept cosigners?

For applicants with limited credit history or income, we accept cosigners. They only will need to fill out their information as part of your application.

How does Kribb work?

1. Take the test: Take our fun personality test, complete your profile and let the matching process begin. 2. Get matched: We only match you with people and places that are compatible with your needs. 3. Inspect and move in: Review your matches, set up an inspection and if you like what you see -you've just found your new Kribb!

Do I have privacy in my Kribb?

You have your own private bedroom, and only share the furnished common areas.

Does Kribb have house rules?

We have a set of established rules for our houses. Also, the residents have their own rules on coliving.

How does Kribb select residents?

Our app matches applicants' personalities with residents at one of our houses. Also where law permits, we do background checks and look at your income and credit ratings.

What items do you consider the residents' responsibility?

Residents are responsible for paying for unexpectedly broken things in the house. Kribb can help with getting them quickly repaired with a good value for the price. Residents are also responsible for -but not exclusively to: getting additional furniture or appliances for common areas, installing personal furniture, changing lightbulbs, cleaning clogged drains due to resident use, disposing rubbish bins properly for council pickup, disposing bulky unwanted household items for clean up collection, and replacing blown fuses and bathroom fixtures.

What kind of maintenance do you cover at Kribb houses?

We work with handymen partners to fix issues that might arise within the house (e.g. broken or malfunctioning appliances). We process residents' requests in a timely manne, according to the urgency of the problem.

What are the services that Kribb provides?

We’re committed to helping residents to find the right match for an outstanding living experience. In addition to selective matches, we provide regular cleaning of all shared spaces, timely response and resolution of maintenance requests, utilities management, high speed internet, furnished common areas and equipped kitchen, and access to community events.
